You may want to know how much it will cost to use DNA. Our fees vary depending on the type, size and location of property and so it isn’t really possible to give a definitive fee scale. What we will say is consider this.

We believe that if you are already considering agents based on who is the cheapest or most expensive then you are already heading for potential disaster. There are many agents within the area who will offer an extremely low or high fee. Our advice is to use your own common sense and judgement. The best way to do this is to invite out the top three estate agents on your list. Forget the sales pitch and observe the way in which they deal with you in assessing your own personal needs and pay close attention to their own level of involvement. Then wait 24 hours to see who follows up with the best service and test the agent on their ability to recall specific information. All agents will obviously claim to be the best. They will all claim to have the latest technology and will boast impressive results. "The proof of the pudding is in the eating" and if an agent takes full measurements and pictures, records specific information and shows an interest in your specific requirements then they are usually the one you should employ regardless of the fee they charge. We are more than happy to provide a list of average fees listed by agent and location and would like to add that although our fee scale is definitely not at the lower end of the spectrum, we are certainly not the most expensive.
