In experience we have had to come to face a hard fact and this is. Legal people are Legal people. Often pushed for time and running like a clock due to many regulations they seem to speak a different language and are not often focused on customer communication unless by post. All joking aside this is a serious point for consideration and precisely the reason we do not wish to expand an integral legal arm.

As part of our combined network we have a host of legal representatives. Our associates are usually business professionals with keen interest in our own business ethos. Everyone would surely love to have a legal rep within there own close family or circle of friends. To be treated as more than just a single business case. Due to volume referrals and our own role within managing effective communication between clients we have a louder voice than an individual. This gives us greater control over individual business cases and the ability to enhance the process of any legal case we refer. Our associates know how seriously we value our clients.
